No Show

All changes to your appointment 

need to be notified within

48 hours.

There will be an automated

reminder text sent out a few days prior, that will prompt you to confirm or cancel your

appointment.

Please text me at 408-821-8143 

to reschedule or cancel, the text notifications are not connected to my cell phone.

 

If there is failure to communicate your cancellation within 48 hours, there will be a 25% charge of your services. I understand that

people get sick and things do

happen, so this will be evaluated case by case. 

No show appointments are

classified as having zero communication about

rescheduling or canceling.

If you are running late to your appointment and I am not

notified, this may also be

considered a no show if it is

beyond 10 minutes late. 

 

If you would like to still book

another appointment after

the no show, there will be a

fee that I require before I

confirm a new day and time

with you. 

Just like any business, I have 

"open" hours.

My communication hours are

Monday-Friday 8:00am - 7:00pm

Saturday 8:00am - 3:00pm

Sunday 8:00am - 3:00pm

Text is usually the best way to

reach out, as I am a busy

mama with kiddos running

around constantly! It is also

great for days that I am in the

salon and may not be able to

answer right away.

If you have something very

detailed to share, then you are

welcome to give me a

call as well.

New client deposit

For all new clients requesting a color appointment including : Highlights, Balayage,  Color correction, or any major transformation, I require a $50 deposit to secure your appointment. 

​

This amount will go towards the cost of service, and will not be required once an established client.
